Help! Aborted DP-700 by Proctor
My exam was aborted and ended mid way by proctor today due to video feed not available to them, which was working fine for me.
System checks were all good and I can see myself in video feed.
proctor gave one case id and asked to reschedule. I was unable to copy or note down that case id.
I have mailed to mindhub@pearson but no reply yet.
Whom to reach out and how can I resolve this.
