Hi everyone, I’m starting my studying efforts for my MLT ASCP exam I’m hoping to take in late Aug-early September. I’m noticing while taking a couple of the cumulative exams, to see what my baseline is, that there is a lot of Parasitology/Mycology/Virology questions that were not a part of my MLT curriculum. We had one short unit on these and it didn’t go into depth a that much. Has anyone taken the MLT exam recently and have they encountered these? It was my understanding that these were MLS topics as far as the detail is concerned. Thanks!

Hello, If I apply for a retake and I don’t take an appointment within my eligibility window, does it count as a retake or I can apply again? Because my eligibility window is through May 31st but I’m not ready to take the exam yet.

I did the exam once and my lowest score was blood bank, what do y’all recommend as in resources to improve?
