I finished the first week of the 7 day challenge 2 kgs down, not sure what that is in pounds but very happy with this first week. I feel lighter and less bogged down after a week of no meat. HOWEVER I fell off the wagon on Sat for my daughters 1st Birthday, I had a piece of cake and ordered pasta (even though I could have skipped the cake and ordered a salad) so Sat was a bit of a write off but Sunday I just went back to the plan so trying not to beat myself up too much. ๐
