🫡 A day in my life to stay healthy and work a lot
I just started a new job in insurance, so my daily routine has changed quite a bit. Here’s what a typical weekday looks like now: ⏰ 5:00 AM – Wake up & work out 🍽️ 5:30 AM – Get ready & have breakfast 💻 6:00 AM – Work on Toned for Life or study for insurance school 🚗 7:30 AM – Drive to work 💼 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Work or school 🏡 5:30 PM – Cook dinner & spend time with my girlfriend 💻 8:00 PM – Work on Toned for Life or continue studying 😴 9:30 PM – Bedtime This isn’t meant to be a flex. I simply want to show you that if something is important to you, you have to make time for it. For me, that means getting up a bit earlier, exercising before the day starts, and working on my goals before life gets busy. The same applies to your weight loss journey. If you don’t make your health a priority, work, family, errands, and everything else will always fill your schedule first. You don’t need a perfect routine. You just need one that allows you to stay consistent. I’d love to hear about your routine! What does a typical weekday look like for you? Let me know in the comments. 🙏🏻

I have moved exercising to 12:15pm in the middle of the day, its only been a week but I feel its a better time for me given I have a 1 year old at home. 5:30am was really difficult for me plus my partner wants to go at that time of the day.
Why is plant-based less popular than it used to be?
A while ago, it felt like I was seeing plant-based content everywhere on social media. I honestly thought it was becoming more and more mainstream. Lately though, it seems like the trend has shifted back toward animal-based diets. Is it just me, or have you noticed the same thing? What's it like where you live? Is plant-based becoming more popular, staying the same, or becoming less common? I'd love to hear what you're seeing in your region or country. 👇

Still seeing a bit of both @Michael Richner , I don't think in general people realise the healing power of plants and even if people eat meat, eating mostly plants is still better for heatlth.
Finally being able to cook again….
Hey everyone! 👋 I’m back from Sardinia, and as much as I loved the food, I definitely missed my tofu, veggies, and big salads. 😄 Vacations are amazing. You don’t have to cook, you get to try incredible food, and you can simply enjoy yourself. But after a while, I actually start looking forward to my go-to meals again. They’re more filling, packed with nutrients, and I genuinely enjoy eating them. 🥗💚 By the way… I didn’t gain any weight on vacation. How? • I walked a lot more than I normally do. • I only ate twice a day—a light breakfast and a big dinner (with dessert 🍰). • I set realistic expectations instead of trying to “diet” while on holiday. If you’re going on vacation, my biggest tips are: ✅ Move as much as you can. ✅ Plan ahead when possible. ✅ Enjoy the local food without feeling guilty. A vacation won’t ruin your progress—your habits over the long term are what matter. Anyway, I’m back and excited to start posting more and bringing even more value to this community! 🙏 Did any questions come up while I was away? Let me know in the comments! 👇

so you cut lunch so you can have dessert? @Michael Richner ?
Swiss national day dessert 🥳
Today is Swiss National Day 🇨🇭 I went to my mom’s to celebrate, and she asked me what I’d like for dessert. Of course, I went with a fruit salad 😍🍓🍇🍍 Simple, refreshing, and one of my favorites. Wishing you all a beautiful weekend! 🙏🏻 What’s your favorite dessert when you’re celebrating something? 👇

Hey Michael, I am going well, just had a meeting with the doctor yesterday, sitting 5.4 kgs down since I started 7 weeks ago so doctor is happy as am I. Having issues with insulin & sugar etc, considered pre diabetes :( - not sure what it means for my diet yet still exploring it all.
