4. Ask, Don’t Complain 🗣️

If you’re struggling, ask for help. Don’t complain, don’t compare communicate and adjust. That’s how real growth happens.

📸 5. Post with Effort

When submitting videos or match clips, make sure they’re clear and organized. Add short captions like “Need help with finishing my single leg.”Effort shows even online.

🧩 6. Stay Consistent

Don’t disappear. Log in weekly, drop updates, comment on others’ progress, and take advantage of the system. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

🚫 7. Zero Negativity Policy

No hate, bullying, or arguing. You will be removed instantly. This is a safe, positive space built on respect.
