Outside of practice
I got an infection like it’s some staph or something but can’t practice for a week i want to get work in I’m probably planning on hitting the gym but what would you do in my shoes? What exactly should i do in the gym or what cardio ? Season is around the corner, should I work for strength 2-3 sets? Or endurance 4-5 sets at the gym?
