Ep3. Quadrant Style Passing
This was one of the smaller (in participants) and shorter (duration) Sunday sessions. 4 days prior I had displaced my meniscus and was not feeling the greatest in regards to my movements. There is no rest for my mission in this however. I ran the session and it's probably one of my more important sessions. Quadrant style passing is something I have not heard anyone else use. It's how I tackle the trickiest of guards (conceptually). Due to so many of the boys missing this Episode and since hard launching Method In Chaos last week. I've decided to put this episode up for free. Hope everyone enjoys it :)

Episode delay
Hey team Apologies again for the lack of posts. Been running around with doctors appointments and then every day life and getting gate kept a bunch. I wasn’t able to edit and post the latest episode yesterday. I will drop 2 episodes next week instead. Also I’ve been thinking of doing FREE theme of the week content to drop on the Monday as well. Will do it for next Monday. First topic will be kipping. Anyone have any other suggestions?
Apologies
Hey - sorry I’ve been a bit slow on posting. I’ve been unwell and been sorting all that out. Got a few techniques to edit and upload though. Taking more requests that I WILL 100% post next week. Hope everyone’s well!

Episode 28!
Episode 28 is out team. It's something I've been currently quite passionate about now that I'm a little lighter. Its effectively what to do with your hands and how you CAN trust the mat with your hands if you in good positions.

Closed Guard
Once a year I level up my closed guard. Filmed an episode yesterday which was pretty cool. Closed guard armbars that lead very well into K Guard. Stay tuned :)
