Today is International Women’s Day — a day that reminds us that women across the world have always been powerful, resilient, creative, and transformative forces. It is also a reminder that empowerment does not come from a single day of recognition. It comes from the quiet, daily choices we make to honor our own voices, our boundaries, and our worth.
In this community, empowerment is not about competition or perfection. It is about remembering who we are beneath the expectations, the noise, and the roles we have been asked to carry.
So today, in honor of International Women’s Day, we are beginning something special together.
The 30 Day Sovereign Self Challenge
Reclaiming Your Voice, Energy, and Presence
For the next 30 days, we will practice small acts of sovereignty. Nothing overwhelming. Just simple daily moments where we choose awareness, truth, and compassion for ourselves.
You are not here to become someone new.
You are here to remember the woman you were before the world asked you to shrink.
Participation is simple. Each day you will receive a small prompt. You are welcome to reflect privately, journal, or share your experience with the group.
There is no perfect way to do this.
Only an honest one. Our challenge begins tomorrow 3/8/26
