Welcome to the training floor. This is where intensity lives. Every man here is expected to log his work — whether it’s your first HIT session or your hundredth. Your first log post goes here. After that, create a new post for your sessions. Post your workout, your weights, your reps, and where you reached true muscular failure. ➡️ Use this format to keep things simple and sharp: - Exercise(s) - Weight x Reps (to failure) - Notes on intensity (form breakdown, forced reps, negatives, etc.) Remember: one all-out set done with full effort means more than ten half-hearted ones. Your log is your proof of discipline.
