Sneak Peak at "The Protocol"
Hey there mental wealth builders, Over the coming weeks, I'll be releasing more free course content around list building, as well as something that will be called "The Protocol". It's basically for any entrepreneur that struggles with mental health (ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc), and it's going to be a super practical guide to gut-brain axis optimisation and focus. Sarah and I have both had our struggles with this, and after interviewing hundreds of medical experts, best-selling authors and running online health events seen by millions of people... We want to distil this information into a free resource that anyone can use, regardless of where they are in their business journey. I honestly think traditional "hustle culture" advice from most gurus is pretty shit - particularly for someone who is on the ADHD spectrum. And so we want to serve a section (that I think is large) of the market that knows that "working harder", or "grinding" is not the same for them as it is for others. We've also had tens of thousands of people take our courses over the years, so we've had a little practice at seeing what this looks like at scale. The TL,DR of all that learning is that people need a community and accountability. So here we are, small in number for now, but setting things up to serve more people at a larger scale. To kick things off, here I am in my garage... Not with a Lambo, or a shelf full of books (Tai Lopez anybody?) But with a small home gym. Why? Because movement = medicine. My rants about BDNF will come later. But for now, I hope we can all inspire each other to move a little more, get some sunshine and eat well.
