Welcome to Menopause Made Easier Together — a calm, supportive community for women in perimenopause and menopause who are tired of feeling brushed off or alone.
If you’re dealing with hot flashes, night sweats, broken sleep, brain fog, mood swings, weight changes, or just feel like a stranger in your own body, this space is for you.
I’m Dr. Liesa, a board‑certified family medicine and functional medicine physician—and a woman in menopause myself. I created this group so you can:
  • Ask “Is this normal?” and get compassionate, evidence‑informed answers.
  • Share wins and bad days with women who truly get it.
  • Learn simple, practical ways to start feeling better without overwhelm or hype.
Inside the free community you’ll find a gentle “Start Here” path, helpful resources, and a place to connect and be seen. You’ll also hear about additional ways to go deeper with me—like digital guides and, soon, a more structured support tier—but the free community is a complete, supportive experience on its own.
