Plant-Based vs. Vegan: What’s the Difference? 🤔
A plant-based diet focuses on "clean" and "natural" foods. While it consists mostly of plants, it permits small portions of animal products (meat, fish, dairy, eggs) as long as they haven't been chemically processed.
Unlike a plant-based diet, a vegan diet excludes all animal products entirely. However, a plant-based diet can always be adjusted to include no meat at all. If you prefer to follow a strictly vegan plant-based diet, you are permitted to do so.
