A Meridian Yin Yoga Practice As the seasons shift, nature teaches us how to descend — how to slow, soften, and gather our energy inward.This class is an invitation to do the same. We’ll explore the Water and Earth elements through Meridian Yin Yoga — harmonizing the Kidney–Bladder and Spleen–Stomach meridians to restore flow, nourishment, and inner quiet.
