I am about to bid at an auction for a 5.5 piece of ground zoned general business that we can do a number of different things with. We are looking at either:
- building 89,000 sq ft of flex office warehouse
- selling off 1 acre to a restaurant
- leasing the land to the restaurant
- potentially building the building and leasing it back to a restaurant
- leasing out 2 different acres to 2 different restaurants and keeping the rest for flex office warehouse
This is a fantastic location in our hometown, Newark, Ohio, just off 21st Street, which has a ton of traffic, so we're super excited about this, and we are prepared to pay $1.1 million today for this piece of ground. More updates coming. Stay tuned!
