No Water on the Job Site? Plan Ahead.
Quick update from MC Luxury Villas Moull. A new construction site may not have water yet, but the work still needs a supply. On this project, our excavator brought a water tank. It’s a basic detail that’s easy to overlook when you’re focused on the rest of the build. Think ahead and plan for what the crew needs. What’s one job-site essential you always check before work starts?

Has anyone run into this before? Most of the time, on new construction, we don't have water until you turn it on when you're almost done with the project. That means you need to bring water on site for the mason and excavator. Someone will need to plan for this and account for it. Tips and tricks, let's go!

We won the bid for the auction! Big updates ahead!
We got the property for $1,152,000. That is $52,000 more than I wanted to spend but I think this will be well worth it!
