@Bryan McAnally Wassup brother👊🏽 So I have a question, because I like to approach things from a strategic standpoint. Since I’m at the beginning stage of my Developer journey, do you agree that a great entry point would be to obtain land and partner with a builder (someone like yourself🔥) to manage and execute the project while I learn the ropes from them? Since I wouldn’t necessarily want to be the getting the construction loan, I’d get another partner to secure the funding and just give them a split from net profit🤔

Hi All..!! New to the group and just wanted to say Hi.... Looking to get started in development and wanting to learn the process from A to Z...I've been in the Residential and Commercial Construction Industry for 38 plus years..I started out building houses and swinging the hammer and same thing in Commercial side...I helped with it all..I've been an Superintendent for the past 22 years and know all the trades, but I need to learn the business side and the process from conception to finished product of the project process...I've dealt with subs, architects, engineers, owners, and realtors also..I just never did get involved with acquisitions, estimates, or contracts....who wants to take me by the hand and help me out...??
