Become An Author in 40 Days!
Hi Playmakers 👋🏾, so let me make a confession. While I’ve been blessed to author about 7 books, a couple dozen workbooks and even more magazines and then thru my publishing company (www.finalsteppublisher.com) I’ve published 100s of books for others (even though the company was barely profitable and this is why I don’t promote it much. It’s on the LIST of failed business that made me happy but no money, 😂 It is now my ministry and philanthropic gift to Kingdompreneurs 🤷🏾🤣)
…. there have been a few manuscripts I’ve written that I just never completed. I had the idea, started writing, recorded some vids but never completed them.
One of those is this Lent Season Devotional named “From Thorns to Throne”, that I started back in 2018. But I’ve decided to finish it this year and connect a video masterclass to it. I’m going to use this as a guide for this years morning devos during lent season so I can finish writing it.
Every speaker, coach and entrepreneur should have a book! Why a book?
- It stamps you as a professional in your niche
- Provides timeless teaching to others
- Serves as an oversized business card
- Becomes a quality lead generator
- Leaves your legacy in the world after you exit
- Creates low-hanging fruit income
- Gives a sense of accomplishment.
While in my prayer time, God gave me a vision (Habakkuk says to WRITE THE VISION AND MAKE IT PLAIN) of a huge book signing and authors highlight event hosted this year. However, it wasn’t just me it was authors from everywhere and I saw many of you standing behind tables with books, sitting and signing them with huge smiles on your face!
So as if I didn’t already have tons of things to do…
I must ask…

… where I give you prompts each day for you to write and by day 20 we are done writing, and the last 20 days we send it to a publisher and by Resurrection Sunday you’d have a finished book? 🎉🎊🫣🙌🏾
Here’s how it could work:

Every day I will post here in Skool a business tip connected to lent AND something to do towards writing your book. If you comment on the lent lesson and the book writing you qualify to become an author.
1) I will help you AUTHOR your OWN BOOK, your own topic and your own audience and your own thoughts or even your coaching curriculum.
Or
2) I will help you CO-AUTHOR a GROUP BOOK. Known as an anthology, we would decide on a topic and many of us would submit a part of the book, either a spotlight on our niche, a chapter, your life story, etc. We would compile the writing as one book or a maybe 2 or 3 volumes depending on the number of participants. Then each person would get a copy of the book as a co-author.
Or
3) I will help you DO BOTH, Author your own and Co-Author with us as a group.
Choose which of the 3 options works best for you. Of course pray about this and then comment below and let me know your interest. No pressure at all.
I would sell the Anthology book as a MAX Potential product and raise funds for our student scholarship and you could buy copies for yourself at wholesale and then resell them for your own income!
My publishing packages are priced at $3500 but for this you can CHOOSE YOUR OWN PRICE and pay whatever you want towards the publishingprocess. No pressure financially on you to publish! Count this as my Easter gift to you for 2026 for enhancing this community with your presence and your comments.
I’d even design you an individual webpage / landing page just about you, we’d do a photo shoot (if you are local or want to fly in for the book signing) and launch you as an author on all major platforms!
