I’m Kimberley (Kim) Rosado, and I’m excited to connect with more wholesalers, investors, and deal-makers here in the community.

I’m looking to do some wholesale deals myself, and I’m always looking to network, learn, collaborate, and bring value wherever I can.

Along with wholesaling, I also run J&K TC Management, where I help investors and wholesalers stay organized and get their deals across the finish line.

I specialize in: Creative finance transactions, Assignments & cash deals, Communication with title/attorneys, Contract-to-close management, Deadlines, paperwork, coordination & follow-up, servicing all 50 states including Puerto Rico.
