Thank you for that valuable information. This property is not per foreclosure. Her son died and she is very old and needs to move to Houston with her other son and she needs to move before the end of the year. Please let me know your thoughts I was going to put it under contract with her for $224k plus $5k for her total $229k I want to sell to the end buyer for $334k so that I can collect $5k for my fee. In the Real Estate in Austin group advising that this may not work as a fix and flip but could possibly be good to hold and rent out after repairs. What information do I give to the people that are requesting information? What do you think about me going under contract with her? I have so many questions, I wish I could talk to you and not text. I’m a little worried since this is my first one and it’s not as cut and dry as a normal wholesale deal 😳
