Why has Skool banned African countries, such as Nigeria?

I have been trying to log in to the skool Community since this year's January. But I always get a "Skool is under maintenance" message.

I tried now from Netherlands, and it worked.

Someone from Nigeria cannot access the skool anymore.

Is there a reason for this?
