Sometimes we get so used to doing things a certain way that we stop questioning them.
Replying to the same questions.
Following up manually.
Searching for information.
Moving data from one place to another.
Doing repetitive work that just becomes part of the routine.
After a while it feels normal, even though it probably shouldn’t be.
So I’m curious:
What’s one task in your daily work that takes more time than it should, but you’ve just accepted as part of the process?
