Problem with paiement, my account is debit but i don’t received a hosting account
This is the message dreamhosting sent to me yesterday after my payement: « SOMETHING WENT WRONG!
Payment declined by financial institution, or some other error has occurred »
The dreamhosting firm did a debit in my account but yet still sent me that message « something whe…. »
Till now i dont have the hosting account that i paid for.
But my bank statement mentioned dreamhosting as the firm who received money from my mastercard payment.
