Crawled Allowed-> N/A & Indexing Allowed-> N/A. Need Help?

The search console says crawled, and indexing aren't allowed. I have requested for indexing, but I don't think it would get indexed.

So, is there anything I can do to make these things allowed. Or anything other to increase the chance that my blog gets indexed.
