Most individuals with Start Ups have accepted that all their time should be put into their venture. They eat, sleep and have little time for play because they want to see their Start Up transform into a successful and sustainable business. A mistake that, most Start Ups do, is to mainly focus on the Top of the Sales Funnel on the marketing, they want the industry to see them and work towards their brand awaerness first. However, getting your niche client to want your product or service, is where the focus should be...You may ask, but isn"t visibilty a priority. I believe that visibility is important but not necesaarily a priority. If you worked on your Brand DNA then you also took time to study your niche customer. And if you know where your niche customer hangs out physically and on social media, then you know how to get them to want your product and you do NOT have to spend too much of your resources marketing first. However, I can not fail to emphasis that marketing is important to keep them hooked and interested in your service or product: which is why a company invests in paid ads, social media markering, website updates etc. It is labour day and I hope you had at least 3 hours to unplug from working to do tasks like doing a quick check on your website to see the perfomance metrics. Happy Labour Day.
