Small moments mean the most ❤️
Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that end up meaning the most. ❤️ A cuddle in the back of the car, a few laughs, and watching Lacey grow a little more every day. It’s easy to get caught up chasing the next goal, the next pay rise, the first home, or whatever comes next. But moments like these are a reminder that life is happening right now. Be grateful for the little things. One day, they’ll be the memories you treasure the most. What’s one small thing you’re grateful for today? 👇

It’s been a month recovering, Lift weights again?
Hey everyone 🤙 It’s been a little over a month since I had my leg operation, still only basic movements & pain is still very much there. Now it’s been over 30 days I can start getting back into other exercises again, while still doing my physio for the leg. I wanted to wait over 30 days so I wasn’t straining other muscles while my body was trying to heal my leg. Feels like I’ve gone backwards a lot, especially in the leg being no movement I can see how much muscle I’ve lost I know this is only temporary and I know we can get it back with discipline and motivation.. Let’s start slow and steady back into gym and keep that positive momentum moving forward to the future. Appreciate all the support team ❤️

💪 Growth Doesn’t Always Look Like Progress
Recovery has a funny way of changing your perspective. A few weeks ago I was focused on moving faster. Now I’m focused on healing better. I’m still in a brace, and there are plenty of things I can’t do yet. But instead of seeing it as lost time, I’ve been trying to see it as time that’s been given back to me. More time to learn. More time to research. More time to work on building my business. More time to be present with my daughter. Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more. Sometimes it’s about slowing down long enough to build a stronger foundation. Whatever season you’re in right now, don’t underestimate what you can build behind the scenes. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep showing up. The results will come. What’s something positive you’ve been working on lately, even if no one else can see it? 👇

💭 What’s One Piece of Advice You Wish You Heard at 20?
Imagine you could go back and have a five-minute conversation with your 20-year-old self. You only get to give one piece of advice. What would it be? Mine would be: Stop chasing quick wins and start focusing on consistency. Small habits, smart financial decisions, investing in yourself, and showing up every day will take you further than trying to get rich or successful overnight. Oh and BE grateful ❤️‍🔥 Now it’s your turn. What’s the one lesson you’d pass on to your younger self? Let’s build a thread full of wisdom that someone else might need to hear today. 👇
❤️ Let’s Celebrate the Small Wins
Life moves fast, and sometimes we’re so focused on the next goal that we forget to appreciate how far we’ve already come. So let’s do something different today. No matter how big or small, what’s one win you’ve had recently? Maybe you’ve: ✅ Stayed consistent with your workouts. ✅ Paid off some debt. ✅ Started investing. ✅ Read a book. ✅ Had a great day with your family. ✅ Started a business. ✅ Simply made it through a tough week. This community isn’t just about the big milestones. It’s about supporting each other and celebrating the small wins that eventually become big ones. I’d genuinely love to hear what’s been going well for you lately. 👇❤️
