It’s been a little over a month since I had my leg operation, still only basic movements & pain is still very much there.
Now it’s been over 30 days I can start getting back into other exercises again, while still doing my physio for the leg.
I wanted to wait over 30 days so I wasn’t straining other muscles while my body was trying to heal my leg.
Feels like I’ve gone backwards a lot, especially in the leg being no movement I can see how much muscle I’ve lost
I know this is only temporary and I know we can get it back with discipline and motivation..
Let’s start slow and steady back into gym and keep that positive momentum moving forward to the future.
