Whether you’re learning piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, singing, or any other instrument, you’re welcome to join in. Wondering how long and how often everyone practices their particular instrument? I try for 30 to 60 minutes a day, concentrating on pieces I’m currently learning and playing things I really enjoy. I probably should devote more time to scales and appeggios etc. I like to change things up so I don’t get bored and if I don’t really like something I find it’s best to leave it for someone else to enjoy.

I’m really excited to begin building this space together. My hope is that this becomes more than just a collection of lessons. I’d love it to grow into a creative and supportive community where we can explore music, creativity, songwriting, harmony, sound, and the deeper side of what music can do for us as human beings. I’m going to put this out there, a site like this needs input from its members to make it grow and enrich it. I’m sure there are many talented people here sitting back waiting, watching for something to happen? I for one would love to see and hear you play your instrument whatever it may be? We can then watch each other's progress giving praise and helpful feedback. Who’s trying out the easy key? What are your thoughts on it? What would you like to get out of this site? If I’m wrong Mat please say so, I won’t be offended but sites like this can only grow with everyone’s input. I want to be the first to praise someone’s talent, I want to hear that guitar or keyboard or whatever it is you play that you try improve upon every day. Let’s bring Mathew’s creation to life?
