Condenser Mics? 😱🙋🏻‍♀️

Hi folks, Happy New Year again 🎉! Quick question for you, I have a client who's interested in getting a condenser mic, it's mostly for vlogs/podcasts, so I was wondering if you guys would have any suggestions?

Below are the mics that came to mind so far. I guess that she will start with something on a budget, thus I'd like to give her the best options we have out there:

Slate Digital L1
Shure MV7
Samson Q2U
Tascam DM-180
Audio-Technica ATR2100x

Just in case, I had several problems with clients using RODE mics, as they usually enhance the high frequencies and are a pain to tame in post, so I generally don't recommend those for female voices, which is the case here.
