The C.L.E.A.R Framework is live!
This resource was born from my own experience having to navigating hard conversations with my husband.
"What do you mean exactly by "hard" conversations Julie?"
I mean:
  • The hard kind of conversation where we faced each other for the first after he tried to not be alive anymore.
  • The kind where - I was planning to leave him - but God spoke to me so clearly I knew I had to pick up the phone and arrange to meet...and talk.
Because of his later diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how the symptoms showed up for him, I HAD to find a way to navigate conversations in a way that didn't compound things. So over time, I developed the practice of what you'll see in the new resource I've added to the Classroom for this community.
One topic - not a list. One conversation at a time. Permission to call time out if needed and then regroup later. It's the small steps towards doing things differently that make a big difference! πŸ™‚
