Hey all! I'm Nicole or Nikki and I am a Canadian living in Sweden. Although I worked for big companies and stuff. I am having a hard time getting hired. Part of it is the ADHD and part of it is I ramble too much..aka here.

I had a one-on-one call with Cian today, and my soul thanked him because it felt like what I needed; I now feel like I know what I am doing. He sent me the recording of the call for me to rewatch in case I forgot or didn't jot something down. A MENTOR and someone who truly wants to help!

If you have a chance to have a 30mins 1-1 with Cian- you should not lose that opportunity!! There is so much you can learn. You come out with a clear goal and clear strategy. It’s helped me lay out the work in steps to land a marketing role!

I had my 1:1 session with Cian today and it was really insightful. I went into the call thinking my LinkedIn profile was in a good place, but he helped me understand that while it is strong, there is still more I can do to improve it and position myself better for opportunities. I left the session with more clarity and a better idea of what I need to work on to start getting more opportunities. I highly recommend these sessions.
