๐Ÿ† WINS โ€” Why I always have at least a small win every week
When I ran my business, every single week I made my whole team stop and share a win.
And some weeks people would say "I don't have one, it was a bad week."
I wouldn't accept it. I'd push until we found something, even the tiniest thing.
One week, one of the girls on the team genuinely couldn't think of anything. After a bit of digging, her win was that a client had bumped into her dad in the pub and told him she was doing a brilliant job ๐Ÿคฃ
Everyone hated it, but I knew it worked it was the only part of the meeting we could all have a laugh and not be so serious.
Momentum is built on small wins stacking up. If you wait for the big ones to celebrate, you'll be waiting a long time. Give yourself a pat on the back with something you done this week
My win this week? I finally got a proper Irish breakfast after what feels like forever ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅ“ and even bigger, I'm moving to Belfast after the summer so there's plenty more where that came from! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช
Now it's your turn.
Drop your win from this week below (include an image if you can)๐Ÿ‘‡
Doesn't matter if it's big or small. Applied for one job? Win. Updated your LinkedIn headline? Win. Got out of bed and opened your laptop when you didn't feel like it? Massive win.
Let's hear it. ๐Ÿ†
