Example DM: “Hey [Name], saw you grabbed the planner — curious, are you building a paid group or still growing the free one?” “I can show you how I set up my onboarding flow that converts free members into paid ones if you’d like.” The goal isn’t to close. It’s to connect and coach a little bit for free. 3️⃣ Offer Delivery — Show the Next Step After they’ve seen your value, showing your offer feels natural.
