🧱 The 3 Systems Every Skool Host Needs
If you’re running a Skool community, these 3 systems will change the way you grow: 1️⃣ Onboarding System → Guide new members in their first week. Most people join, look around, and disappear. An onboarding system fixes that. It gives members a clear path, quick wins, and momentum. Mine runs on a simple 7-day flow: welcome post → DM sequence → first-week challenge → light automation. 2️⃣ Engagement System → Keep your community active & consistent. You don’t need to post daily — you just need rhythm. Here’s what I’ve found works best: - Monday: Quick win post or mini-training - Wednesday: Poll or open question - Friday: Wins, shout-outs, or highlights Do that for 4 weeks straight and watch engagement double. 3️⃣ Conversion System → Turn engagement into results. You can’t just “hope” your community converts — you need a simple pathway. The easiest version? Offer a free audit or training that leads naturally into your paid offer. Give value first, then show how you can help more deeply. When these 3 systems run together — onboarding, engagement, and conversion — your Skool starts growing on autopilot. Each system feeds the next. New members feel guided. Active members feel seen. And your brand feels organized and scalable. Want a free copy of my Skool Onboarding Sequence Template? It’s the full plug-and-play framework I use to run the onboarding system above. 👉 Comment “Playbook” and I’ll send it your way.

@Bill Wolf Yea This is where I would be super strict on the client and make sure they have the capability to convert the leads. some clients just get it and others will never get it. managing expectations is hard but necessary in my experience

Are You Thinking About Starting a Skool Community… But Not Sure How to Start?
Comment one of the following: - “I know WHO I want to help but not WHAT the offer is.” - “I know WHAT I want to teach but not WHO it’s for.” - “I have no idea — I just want a Skool.” I’ll reply and help you figure out the next step based on your answer. No pressure. No long explanation needed. Just drop one of those three lines and I’ll guide you from there. 👇

@Bill Wolf Absolutey. It takes alot of effort to craft a good offer. but once you nail it, sky is the limit! I used to run ads for small biz and I would create a big price tag but only make the client pay once they get results. its a fair trade off .They pay higher prices but get results first. Whats your offer like right now?

@Bill Wolf focus hard on conversion tracking and make sure to set expectations. This mostly works with paid ads. I'd get them to commit the the ad spend and get conversion. You really have to own the relationship and make sure they get results. It's kind of a pain in the butt however with the right client it works well. And also set everything up in your own ad manager so you can just simply turn off the ads if there's any issues with payment. Trying to get people to engage in exchange for services might be tough. There's alot of nuances to Skool communities that I'm still figuring out aswell. But one things for sure getting people to do something that requires effort is really tough.
