Has anyone integrated GHL with Service Titan or Podium? Just got off a call with a potential HVAC client about adding Voice AI to catch overflow and after hours calls. He asked about connecting to Service Titan and Podium...I did my best to sway him away from that idea but he was pretty adamant about not adding another platform that his team would have to log in to and learn (among other things, his techs listen to the call before they go to an appointment). He wants to be able to send all customer data and call recordings to Podium and wants to be able to book appointments in Service Titan.
Anybody built something like this before?
