Hey gang! Happy Sunday! If @Charles Guerra and I were to make an "Agency Roadmap" to $10k/mo (not a promise or guarantee)... But the steps required from absolute 0 that we have seen work to get there multiple times... Who would want it? Right now I've condensed this down into about 6 "Stages/Levels" and in breaking it down as clear and step by step as I can... I've got something that should give literally all of you a clear path with checkpoints / Level Up intervals so you can not only self-identify where you're at... But also how to get to the next level. (Literally as step-by-step as we can think of making it) If this is something you want or need... Drop a GIF and let me know. The Roadmap/Blueprint itself is done, just need to record the videos but this thing is 🔥🔥🔥 And especially useful for anybody feeling stuck. Has anyone integrated GHL with Service Titan or Podium? Just got off a call with a potential HVAC client about adding Voice AI to catch overflow and after hours calls. He asked about connecting to Service Titan and Podium...I did my best to sway him away from that idea but he was pretty adamant about not adding another platform that his team would have to log in to and learn (among other things, his techs listen to the call before they go to an appointment). He wants to be able to send all customer data and call recordings to Podium and wants to be able to book appointments in Service Titan. Anybody built something like this before?

Thoughts on Saturday Cold Calling, like between 10 am - 4:00 pm?
