How should I setup a client with 500+ properties
Good morning from sunny California! I have a lead that I've been working on for the past 3 weeks. She owns a property management company and a cleaning company specializing in cleaning those types of properties.
We first spoke 3 weeks ago, and she had 12 properties, then she acquired more, standing at 25. Every week I would follow up with her and every week she would say that she hadn’t forgotten about me but was working on a deal. Yesterday afternoon, I offered a 30-day free trial for 2 of her properties. Last night, while talking to her, I learned that she just signed a deal to acquire 500 properties (rental arbitrage AKA short-term and mid-term rentals), in a phased timeline. Of course, I reminded her that we need to connect to get her automated. She said, yes, we do, and she contacted me to schedule an appointment and I sent the calendar link.
My question is, should I put each property under their own sub account? In yesterday’s session, mentioned that it would be the best and cleanest route, which makes sense. I am confirming, again, and seeing if anyone has any other suggestions or things I should be prepared for or aware of for our meeting?
Thank you in advance. When I sign a deal then I will put it in the win. 😁 🤞🙏
