Tools so my clients google business profiles don't get suspended?

I've been looking at local viking for google business profile management and wonder if it allows for mangaing many different clients google business profiles, make changes/updates, post to, add FAQs, add booking link, new phone number etc etc, without the possiblity of my clients google business profiles being suspended?

Is that what it does?

Really don't want sued lol and on that note, what do you say to your clients as a sort of liability clause when speaking to them about this possibility and have you had listings suspended even though you've been using local viking?

Or any other tools better?

And if it is local viking that's best, do they have training for when you can make changes, e.g. day 1 update their about, day 2 add images, etc?
