Morning Thoughts
Today’s theme: clarity over chaos. Most local businesses lose visibility not because the work is hard, but because the standard isn’t defined. “Good enough” reviews, “soon” follow-ups, “maybe later” content—those gaps are what the algorithm notices first. Set a real spec. Automate one repeat task. Publish one clear piece of local proof this week. That’s how authority starts—by removing excuses, not adding effort. We unpack how to build these systems (and measure them) inside the Local AI Visibility MasterMind. If you’re ready to show up first in Maps and AI results, that’s where the deeper work happens.

@Mike Clay been using the frame formula and SOS email sequencing for chiro client for a couple of days to re-engage cold clients that haven't been in for an adjustment in over 6 months. 20 restarts - 3 emails into the sequence. Previous efforts had 10 for the year. Frame - Prevent the inevitable because we know your not being physically active. Stop lying to yourself.

Black Friday Emergency
Hey All, I have a schema related question. A client of mine added schema to all of their product pages, I believe using a templating process in Shopify. That was on the 18th. Since then we can see a steady increase in the number of pages that Google can't seem to crawl and aren't being displayed in Merchant Center. Has anyone run across this problem before. I tried to look at the schema for some of these pages on validator.schema.org and that won't even pull the pages us. It gives me an error that the URL is not found. When I go to the site I can see all of these pages. Any idea? I've never run into this on an eCommerce site before and with this being a major sales time I'm hoping for some quick answer and ideas. Thanks for your insights!

@Paul Gonzalez - 'm assuming that all product pages are infected. 1st - make sure the client didn't activate 'no index' somehow. 2nd - Use their created disaster to completely take over and never let them touch anything again. ***Don't fix this for free*** 3rd - The best selling product needs to be fixed first. Remove the work done by the client and test the url. Protip: Test the page speed of the homepage and every product page pre and post changes https://pagespeed.web.dev/. Keep the urls for each in a spreadsheet. I think you will find that you have bigger issues than schema.

@Nana Zaba - In my opinion your your better off using FB and IG for lead generation. The algorithm currently in place is incredible at finding in market prospects. Cost per lead and conversion rates of others are irrelevant as you're not them and not using their sales system/funnel. What are your conversion, retention, gross profit, average order value and lifetime value numbers? Ex: If you're first month charge for a new client is $2,500 and you have a 12 month retention average. Assuming the average client you have is the same as the average client you're acquiring through paid ads. The Question becomes: How much are you willing to pay to acquire $30,000 in revenue? One thing I can say for certain after spending/managing $50+ million in ad spend and dealing with all kinds of local businesses for 30 years. If you're not willing to spend $2,500 to get one client to validate your funnel in the first 30 days. You don't have the correct mindset to play the paid ads game. Cost per anything or ROAS are not optimization metrics inside FB and IG. Try paying your bills with ROAS! Gross profit per transaction and profit volume are the only things that matter to you bank account.
I have had a few ppl ask about FAQ videos
ok so the questions have basically been, WHAT should they look like. https://youtu.be/qoL2pLk9050?si=WkX4awDqylEAY0vb this client of mine has an inhouse video guy... but the voiceover is 100% ai
