Killing a ZocDoc link?
Hey Guys I ran into an new problem today that I haven't seen before. My client used ZocDoc in the past to book appointments. They had this link in the Bookings link for GBP. Now they want to direct those bookings to a page on their site, but no matter what we do it keeps redirecting to the Zocdoc landing page. We've asked Google about it multiple times with no reply for almost 4 months. Google's instructions tell us to
- Go to your Business Profile.
- To manage your bookings, you can use Google Search or Maps:
- On Google Search, select Booking > Remove Provider. -
- On Google Maps, select Edit profile > Booking > Remove Provider.
There is no Remove Provider button anywhere!
I don't have access to the Zoc Doc account but there might be an option there if I can get access. Any other suggestions? I'm all ears!
