Work where a helmet is required

So I have a question, no sure if someone will have an answer but would be great if someone has an advice lol.

I work as an electrician and I need to have my safety helmet on basically ALL day. I take it off during coffee and lunch. But at the end of the day my hair is so flat and messed up like hard core curled and I try to fix it, not like elegant fix but at least some flow ya know, but can’t seem to get it so I just put a cap to hide the embarrassment 😂.

I am growing my hair so that would the cause as well. Does anyone know or have any tips on what to do to at least maintain the hair somewhat flowy by end of the day? Again not looking to be fancy, but have some movement and not flat.
