START HERE — Your First Steps ❤
Welcome. I’m happy you’re here. 🤍 You don’t need to arrive here knowing exactly what you want to change. You may be looking for more clarity. You may feel stuck between where you are and where you would like to be. You may want to understand yourself better, reconnect with your confidence, explore your spiritual side, or simply create some space to ask yourself the questions you don’t usually have time to ask. Start exactly where you are. This community brings together coaching, self-reflection, personal growth and spiritual exploration. My intention is not to give you all the answers, but to offer questions, perspectives, practices and conversations that can help you discover your own. Here’s how I suggest you begin: 👋 1. Meet me, Simona I’ll tell you a little about who I am, why I created this community, and how I hope this space can support you. You’ll also get a sense of how I approach coaching: with curiosity, empathy, honesty, and the belief that meaningful change begins when we create enough space to really listen to ourselves. 💬 2. Introduce Yourself You don’t need to share your whole story. Simply tell us your name and complete this sentence: “Right now, I would love more ______ in my life.” Clarity? Confidence? Direction? Courage? Balance? Connection? Peace? Purpose? Something completely different? There is no right answer. 🌱 3. Choose One Thing to Explore Instead of trying to read everything, begin with one question, reflection or practice that speaks to you. Notice what catches your attention. Sometimes the subject we keep returning to is worth exploring a little more deeply. You might even take a journal and ask yourself: What would I like to understand, change or create in my life right now? Don't worry about having the perfect answer. Start with what comes. ✨ 4. Turn Awareness Into a Small Step Insight is valuable. But coaching is also about what happens after the insight. As you explore the community, occasionally ask yourself: “What can I do with what I have just discovered?”

Welcome — A Space to Pause, Explore & Move Forward 🌿
Dear you, I’m so happy you’re here. I created this community as a space where you can slow down for a moment, step away from the noise, and reconnect with yourself. Maybe you are looking for more clarity. Maybe something in your life no longer feels right, but you don’t yet know what needs to change. Perhaps you want to grow, feel more confident, reconnect with your inner guidance, or simply understand yourself better. Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to have the answers before you begin. In this community, I’ll share reflections, coaching questions, small exercises, and practical tools to help you explore what is happening beneath the surface and turn awareness into meaningful action. Some conversations will be practical and grounded in coaching. Others may invite you to go a little deeper — into your intuition, inner world, energy, and spiritual connection. Take what resonates with you and leave what doesn’t. Most importantly, this is a community, not just a place to consume content. Share your thoughts. Ask questions. Tell us what you are navigating. Celebrate your progress, including the small steps. Sometimes a question you are carrying is exactly the question someone else needs to hear. And if something you discover here feels like it deserves more space, you are always welcome to reach out to me. We can explore it more deeply together in a private 1:1 coaching session, with the time and attention to focus entirely on you and what you need in that moment. There is no obligation to book a session to belong here. Start with the community. Explore. Participate. Get curious about yourself. And when you feel that you would benefit from deeper individual support, I’ll be here. To start, introduce yourself below 💛 Tell me: - What brought you to this community? - What would you love to have more of in your life right now? - What is one area where you would like more clarity? You don’t need a perfect introduction. A few words are enough. Welcome. I’m glad you found your way here.

Welcome — A Space to Pause, Explore & Move Forward 🌿
🌿 You Don’t Have to Earn Connection by Always Giving
Dear ones, Some of us become very good at giving. We listen. We help. We anticipate what others need. We make ourselves available. We offer understanding, patience, time, energy, and care. And somewhere along the way, we may begin to believe that this is how we keep connection: By being useful. By giving enough. By needing little in return. But a meaningful relationship is not something you should have to continuously earn through what you provide. Healthy connection also asks us to receive. To receive someone’s care without immediately looking for a way to repay it. To accept support without feeling that we now owe something. To allow someone else to make the effort. To say what we need instead of hoping they will notice. To let ourselves be loved even when we are not doing anything for anyone. Receiving can feel surprisingly uncomfortable when we are accustomed to being the giver. It may even feel selfish. But receiving is not the opposite of generosity. Sometimes receiving fully is part of the exchange. So today, I invite you to look gently at your relationships and ask yourself: - Do I feel valued for who I am, or mostly for what I give? - Can I receive help, attention, affection, or generosity without feeling I must immediately give something back? - Do I allow other people the opportunity to show up for me? - What happens inside me when I have a need? - Where could I allow a little more reciprocity into my relationships? This isn't about keeping score. It isn't about giving less love. It is about allowing relationships to have movement in both directions. You can be generous and have needs. You can support others and allow yourself to be supported. You can give from love without making giving the price you pay for belonging. And perhaps one of the most meaningful shifts is learning that you don't always have to ask: “What can I give here?” Sometimes you can also ask: “What am I willing to receive?” 🌱 A small practice for today: The next time someone offers you help, a compliment, their time, affection, or something thoughtful, notice your first impulse.

What Are You Making Space For?
Dear ones, We often think about what we want to add to our lives. A new goal. A better routine. More confidence. A new opportunity. A healthier relationship. More time for ourselves. But there is another question that can be just as powerful: What am I willing to make space for? Because sometimes the problem is not that we don’t know what we want. It is that our lives are already so full — of responsibilities, habits, expectations, unfinished decisions, other people’s needs, and things we have simply become used to carrying — that there is very little room for something new. Today, I invite you to look at your life with curiosity rather than judgment. Ask yourself: - What do I want more of in my life? - What is currently taking most of my energy? - Is everything I am carrying still important to me? - What could I do less of, simplify, delegate, or let go? - If I created just 10% more space, what would I want to fill it with? Maybe you want more peace, but your days leave no room to stop. Maybe you want a career change, but you never give yourself time to explore what else is possible. Maybe you want deeper relationships, but your energy is constantly elsewhere. Maybe you want to grow, create, learn, rest, or reconnect with yourself. Sometimes moving forward is not about doing more. It is about becoming more intentional with what already has access to your time, attention and energy. And this is where a small coaching question can become very practical: What is one thing I can create a little less space for, so that something more important can have a little more? You don't need to redesign your whole life today. Choose one thing. Create a little space. Then notice what becomes possible inside it. 🌱 If you feel comfortable, share below: What would you love to create more space for in your life right now? And if this question brings up something deeper that you would like to explore with dedicated time and attention, you are always welcome to reach out to me for a 1:1 coaching conversation.

🌿 What If You Don’t Need to Change Everything?
Dear ones, Sometimes, when something in our life doesn’t feel right, we immediately start looking for a big solution. A different job. A different relationship. A new routine. A new goal. A better version of ourselves. But before asking “What should I change?”, I invite you to ask a different question: “What is my life trying to show me right now?” Take a moment and look at the different areas of your life — your relationships, work, health, personal growth, emotional wellbeing, dreams, and the way you spend your time. Then gently ask yourself: - What is already working well that I want to appreciate and protect? - Where am I giving more energy than I am receiving? - What am I tolerating that no longer feels right for me? - What do I keep saying I want, but rarely make space for? - If I could improve just one area by 10%, which one would have the greatest impact on the rest of my life? You don’t need to judge your answers. You don’t even need to act on all of them. Just notice. Because sometimes clarity doesn’t arrive as a big realization. It comes when we finally become honest about the small things we have been noticing for a long time. And from there, coaching asks one more question: What is one small action I can take that would honour what I have just discovered? Not ten actions. Not a complete transformation plan. One. Send the message. Have the conversation. Make the appointment. Say no. Say yes. Ask for help. Take the first 20 minutes. Or simply give yourself permission to think about something differently. You are allowed to create change without fighting against your present life. You can appreciate what you have and want something different. You can be grateful and want to grow. You can love people and need boundaries. You can be successful in one area and acknowledge that another needs your attention. For me, this is an important part of coaching: seeing yourself and your life as a whole. Not asking, “What is wrong with me?” But asking:
