CHRISTMAS COOKIES
Had a buzzing evening! Jackie was whipping up Yong Tau Fu for her brother. Cathy was busy with kaya, and I went festive - made 2 types of Christmas cookies for gifting. They were Rock Cakes & Red and Green Shortbread. As it’s Christmas I added small pieces of red & green cherries to the Rock Cakes to make them look festive. The festive Red & Green Shortbreads….Cranberry & Pitaschio, dipped in white chocolate, perfect for Christmas gifts.🍪🌲
