If you have ADHD, you know the feeling: you did a hundred small things this week, but by Sunday it feels like nothing happened. Progress gets lost because it’s small, scattered, and easy to forget by the next day This tracker fixes that by making progress tracking daily and dead simple, one short form, six fields, two minutes a day. No app, no habit tracker streak pressure, just a Word doc you fill in and save everyday as PDFs by month and weeks HOW TO USE IT: Create a new folder, open the file, complete a week of progress and update daily, save the Document as a PDF with the name of the month and week of the month. By the end of the month all of your daily and weekly progress will be saved. Remember that " what cannot be traced, cannot be improved". Always make sure to improve your life. WHERE TO FIND IT: https://www.skool.com/making-progress/classroom/cd52d4cb?md=29e729711564450bac54632ce37713b8 Download your Weekly Tracker and get your life in order for once!

Your habits aren't the problem. Your identity is.
James Clear's biggest idea in Atomic Habits isn't about tracking habits in minutes or breaking them into parts. It's this: You don't rise to your goals. You fall to your identity. Want to read more? Stop saying "I want to read more books." Start saying "I am a reader." Want to get fit? Stop chasing a number on the scale. Start being "someone who trains." Why? Because every action is a vote for who you become. Miss a workout, one vote against. Show up for 10 minutes, one vote for. No single vote makes or breaks you. But cast enough of them, and the identity becomes real. Stop asking "what habit should I build." Start asking "who do I want to be, and what would that person do right now?" 👇 Comment the identity you're voting for this week. Let's hold each other to it.

🎯 Stop Trying to Force the Outcome
It is so easy to get caught up in setting huge goals, burning out by mid day, and feeling discouraged when strict routines just do not work for you. When you look too far ahead, big goals can feel overwhelming and leave you feeling stuck. But you do not have to carry all of that pressure. Instead, let’s try something softer: - Focus on tiny steps: Celebrate every small, kind choice you make for yourself. - Drop the pressure: You do not need a rigid checklist to be doing great. - Grow at your own pace: Every little positive action is just a reflection of the wonderful person you are growing into When we stop worrying about perfection and focus on daily self care and gentle growth, moving forward feels natural and light. What is one small, kind thing you want to do for yourself this week? Let’s take it one step at a time together! @Alexa Leitner @Amanda Kirk @Anthony Lenzo @Bhavana Gowda @Bree Wood @Christopher Rojas @Paul Cullen @Dionisis Papadopoulos @Laura Dirksen @Favio Palacios @Houssem Saad @Kayleigh Mcgregor @Linda Suter @Lindsay Mitchell @Manuel Morris @Temiloluwa Omiwade @Paolo Pagella @Paul Cullen @Prathmesh Swami @Julian Smith @Volodymyr Wnd
