How Daily Journaling Builds Your Future Self ✍🏻
If you've got an ADHD brain, you know this feeling... days blur together, and even real progress doesn't feel like progress at all. Guys, that's why journaling matters here. It's not about logging random tasks, it's an external hard drive for your executive function. 🧠 Externalizes the chaos — gets it out of your head so you can actually see your wins, goals, affirmations, progress etc 📈 Tracks real momentum — 1% daily progress gets you big outcomes and results in the long run 🔮 Builds your future self — every entry is a bridge between who you are now and who you're becoming Download the picture and pay attention to it. I bought this journal book for cheap, investing like this in the future for yourself is a huge step in your life. Share and comment about what you learned today ✍🏻📝👇🏻 @Alenka Poredos @Alexa Leitner @Amanda Kirk @Amanda Mcwilliams @Anthony Lenzo @Aramide Kimmy B @Bhavana Gowda @Bree Wood @Christopher Rojas @Paul Cullen @Steve Cobble @Tirza Cook @Dionisis Papadopoulos @Laura Dirksen @Shriram Deenadayalu @Favio Palacios @Houssem Saad @Ruth Gutierrez @Julia Ortega @Julian Smith @K Ln @Kayleigh Mcgregor @Laura Dirksen @Linda Suter @Lindsay Mitchell @K Ln @Yvonne Akinyi Odhiambo @Temiloluwa Omiwade @Paolo Pagella @Prathmesh Swami @Tanya Rodrigues @Volodymyr Wnd

@Alexa Leitner Love this 😄 the frog basically gave it a stamp of approval. Set things up right, step back, and nature just takes it from there. And that 4 section bujo split is such a nice way to capture both what you did and what you noticed

Why "just remember" doesn't work for ADHD brains
Walking into a room and forgetting why? Losing a thought mid sentence? That's not laziness, it's working memory, the mental notepad your brain uses to hold info for a few seconds. For ADHD brains, that notepad is often smaller and wipes faster. Quick tip: stop relying on it. Externalize instead, sticky notes, voice memos, visible lists. When was the last time you walked into a room and completely forgot why? Drop it 👇🏻

Write down your daily progress template
If you have ADHD, you know the feeling: you did a hundred small things this week, but by Sunday it feels like nothing happened. Progress gets lost because it’s small, scattered, and easy to forget by the next day This tracker fixes that by making progress tracking daily and dead simple, one short form, six fields, two minutes a day. No app, no habit tracker streak pressure, just a Word doc you fill in and save everyday as PDFs by month and weeks HOW TO USE IT: Create a new folder, open the file, complete a week of progress and update daily, save the Document as a PDF with the name of the month and week of the month. By the end of the month all of your daily and weekly progress will be saved. Remember that " what cannot be traced, cannot be improved". Always make sure to improve your life. WHERE TO FIND IT: https://www.skool.com/making-progress/classroom/cd52d4cb?md=29e729711564450bac54632ce37713b8 Download your Weekly Tracker and get your life in order for once!
