Honestly… hum sab kabhi na kabhi tired feel karte hain 😮💨Kabhi lagta hai sab control mein hai, or kabhi aik dum se mind heavy ho jata hai. Body low hoti hai, motivation down, or dil bas kehta hai “bas ab or nahi.” Or sach yeh hai — that’s okay. 🤍Is ka matlab yeh nahi ke we are weak. It just means we are human 🫶
Kabhi kabhi pause lena zaroori hota hai ⏸️Deep breath lein 😌, khud se poochain “Am I okay?” Or agar jawab clear na ho, to khud ko thori space dein. Har din 100% dena possible nahi hota — and that’s normal. Bas aik cheez mat chorna hai: 💪Aaj agar sirf 10% bhi de paaye ho, that still counts. Small effort is still effort ✨
Self-doubt aayega 🤔, log judge karenge 👀, mistakes hongi —that’s part of the journey. Koi bhi confident, strong person overnight nahi banta 🚶♂️
Apni pace par chalo 🧠Kisi or ki race mein khud ko mat ghusao. Progress slow ho sakti hai, lekin jab real hoti hai, to long-lasting hoti hai 🌱
Or… agar aaj sirf survive hi kar paaye ho, still be proud of yourself 🏆Sometimes surviving is also a win 💖
