week 9/20 + week 10 Day 1
Throughout the week I've:
Worked on 10 high-quality articles for my site ✍️
Watched YouTube Growth Strategy course for 2.5 hours
week 10 --- Day 1:
Slept: 6:30 pm 😴Woke up: 1:30 am
1:30 am ---- 2:20 am
Reset ritual ✨
Face wash
Drink water 💧
Lymphatic drainage with gua sha
Meditation in a dark room, eyes closed, window open breathing exercise + stretching 20 min 🧘‍♀️
2:20 --- 3:00 am Sehri 🌙
3:00 --- 3:30 am watched a funny Turkish village-themed series (to redirect thoughts somewhere else what I was going to think about while working. Otherwise, if there is no redirection, the brain starts to create new problems)
4:00 --- 6:00 am Prayed + Quran 🤍
6:00 --- 10:00 am worked on searching for more keywords on Semrush + experimenting with other viral content structures for the blog + Va bit docs🔎
11:00 am low focus (of course after 3–4 hours of consistent focus but the brain was actually enjoying it)
Reset ritual steps AGAIN – 30 min ✨
12:00 pm --- 2:00 pm studied 📚
2:00 pm ---- 3:00 pm Prayed + break
Now 3:00 --- 4:00, I was very happy with the day so I felt a bit tired and did nothing.
4:00 --- 5:00 cleaning around and talking to others + prayed asr
5:00 ---- 6:00 I was about to sleep but tried not to.
After 6:00 I slept, or I don’t remember
This week was different. I discovered my reset ritual, which literally ended thinking or procrastination and boosted focus.
Actually, I've been watching courses and I remembered I have a site, which I scaled to somewhere around 25k impressions. When I saw the results, I was very happy that it works. I mean, there’s AI too, so I used to think whether it will work or not, but it did. So now I started taking action from where I left.
Added a deadline to start looking for clients after 25 March.
Wrote:
Need results to get clients — to get Results — need clients
So whatever it is, it says to look for clients anyway.
Editingskool by Saif course remaining too — that new software learning thing.
With the reset ritual there comes 2.5 hours of focus and also no thoughts. Then drink water, or eat something, or take a break. Actually I was doing this, then reset again, and it turned out to be a calming thing 🌿
But as soon as I started scrolling, I felt worse, as if all previous diseases reappeared. I think it was one of the older brain pattern things + reels emotions.
As I was sitting looking at the calendar for 20 mins, I saw:1 week until Eid-ul-Fitr, 1 week for the second Eid, then exams.
Also cooking and cleaning on these days because I'm the only one to do everything, not a mother here, and father is going to come too. This 20 weeks is half done. Now that I'm serious and also more level upgrades (learnings & finding solutions) a, I thought I only see August relaxing.
Actually now with all these things, I want to make August wonderful 🌤️I was about to write the goal as “August wonderful”, then I didn’t.
I realized I've written some good things in previous weeks as “to do next week” which I didn’t do, so I'll go review them and make sure they are done before deadline. And if you'd ask about overthinking: illness --- why did it happen --- sins forgiven---- I’m still a sinner and will be ---- what disease will come next --- started to look for suitable as if there's a menu
And it was stupid but i broke the pattern and thats a level upgrade.
