1. Speed is Money (Jaldi Response Dein)
Upwork par competition bohat zyada hai. Jab bhi client ka message ya invite aaye, koshish karein ke 15 se 30 minute ke andar reply karein.
  • Kyun zaroori hai? Clients aksar un freelancers ko hire karte hain jo foran available hotay hain. Late reply ka matlab hai "I am not interested."
2. Copy-Paste Proposals Se Bachein
Client ko foran pata chal jata hai ke aap ne template copy-paste kiya hai.
  • Kya karein: Proposal ki pehli 2 lines sab se important hoti hain. Wahan "Hello, I am Bilal..." likhne ke bajaye seedha client ke maslay (problem) ka zikar karein.
3. "Sir/Madam" Ka Culture Khatam Karein
Gora client (Western client) "Sir" ya "Madam" sunna pasand nahi karta. Wo chahta hai ke aap usay barabari ki satah par treat karein.
  • Pro Tip: Client ka First Name use karein. Is se aap confident lagtay hain aur aik professional expert nazar aatay hain, na ke koi subordinate employee.
4. Sawal Poochein (Ask Questions)
Jab project discuss ho raha ho, toh sirf "Yes, I can do it" na kahein. Project se related 1-2 technical sawal zaroori poochein.
  • Fayda: Is se client ko yaqeen hota hai ke aap ne requirement ghour se parhi hai aur aap waqai is kaam ke expert hain.
5. Update Dete Rahein (Ghost Mat Hon)
Project milnay ke baad sab se barri ghalti "Khamoshi" hai.
  • Rule: Har 2-3 din baad client ko aik chota sa update message bhejein, bhalay kaam mukammal na bhi hua ho.
6. Deadlines Par Sach Bolein
Agar kaam late honay wala hai, toh client ko deadline guzarne ke baad mat batayein.
  • Kya karein: Kam az kam 24 ghantay pehlay bata dein ke aap ko extra time chahiye. Client sachayi ko appreciate karta hai, lekin jhoot aur bahanay (excuses) bardaasht nahi karta.
-> Akhri Baat: Apne aap ko "Freelancer" nahi balkay "Business Owner" samjh kar baat karein. Jab aap apni value khud karein ge, toh client bhi aap ki izzat karega aur acha pay karega.
