Upwork Bidders (onsite – Karachi) for a growing IT services company. We’re looking for professionals with 2–3 years of hands-on Upwork bidding experience, specifically in:
Web and mobile application projects
CMS-based projects (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Custom IT/software development projects
This is a full-time onsite role in Karachi with US-focused shifts:
First Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
Second Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PKT)
The role involves end-to-end bidding, proposal writing, client communication, requirement understanding, and converting leads into long-term clients.
