Summary of the 12th Para
The 12th Para begins with Surah Hud (11:6) and continues through Surah Hud and into the beginning of Surah Yusuf. This Para mainly focuses on the stories of different prophets and the lessons learned from their struggles with their nations.
In Surah Hud, Allah describes how various prophets such as Nuh (AS), Hud (AS), Salih (AS), Ibrahim (AS), Lut (AS), and Shu‘ayb (AS) delivered the message of truth to their people. Each prophet called his nation to worship Allah alone and avoid wrongdoing, but many people rejected the message. As a result, those who disbelieved faced punishment, while the believers were saved. These stories teach patience, trust in Allah, and the consequences of arrogance and disbelief.
The Para emphasizes that success comes through obedience to Allah and remaining firm during hardship. It reminds believers that even if the majority rejects the truth, they should stay patient and continue doing what is right.
Toward the end of the Para, Surah Yusuf begins, introducing the story of Prophet Yusuf (AS). It starts with his dream and the jealousy of his brothers, setting the stage for a story about patience, trust, forgiveness, and Allah’s perfect plan.
Overall, this Para highlights the importance of patience in trials, steadfastness in faith, and complete reliance on Allah.
