Hope everyone is doing well. Lately I’ve been struggling a lot with my sleep schedule. I’ve been sleeping more than 12 hours, and whenever I sleep less than that I feel tired and sluggish the entire day. Even after sleeping for 12 hours, I still don’t feel fresh. Because of this, most of my day goes into sleeping and I barely get time to do any work, even though I have a lot of things to focus on.
If anyone has suggestions on how I can sleep less and be more productive, or any methods that can help me fix this sleep cycle, I would really appreciate it.
